Cadillac Jacks has a great menu. They have small plates, a raw bar, soups, salads, steaks, chops, seafood and pasta. Try their gormet burgers, poboy or specialty tacos. Their specails are Fresh Cod Fridays and Caesar Crusted Prime Rib Steak on Saturdays.
In December 2014, Cadillac Jacks moved from it long time location on Rt.242 just 3 miles east of Ellicottville to downtown Ellicottville in the former Hoagie's location.

Ellicottville Brewing Company
The Ellicottville Brewing Company is a select micro-brewery of fabulous craft beers with a tremendous American cuisine menu. The pot pie is a favorite along with the pulled pork sandwich. Seasonal beers throughout the year along with the regulars—EBC Pale Ale, Blueberry Wheat, Nut Brown, EVL Amber, Toasted Lager and Black Jack’s Oatmeal stout. Available: bar tours, rehearsal dinner, private parties in our European style beer garden.
They many regular and seasonal beers on tap, and you can take a six pack or growler home. Tours are availabe on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
The historic location was expanded in 2012, with an entirely new beer gargen and lodge style addition. The lodge style addition enhances the characther of the original building. The brewery tanks are in the original building and outside in the beer garden. Reservations are not accepted.

John Harvard's Brew House
Serving a wide range of “comfort” foods and with over 2o craft beers on tap. Some of the ales and lagers are brewed in Ellicottville, according to the recipes of William Shakespeare (they believe). The recipes were brought to America in 1637 by John Harvard. Enjoy a craft beer on the outside patio and try some of their unique menu items: Vegetables Spring Roll, Black Pepper Seared Tuna "Napoleon" or a California Reuben on Asiago Bread. Come and enjoy a great dining experience on the slopes of Holiday Valley Resort.
In the summer, sit on their outdoor patio that overlooks the resort pools, golf course and mountain.
John Harvard's Brewhouse is located in the Tamarack club at Holiday Valley Resort. The lodge style building has a stone and wood exterior and was built in 2009

Monroe Street Brick and Brew
The Monroe Street Brick and Brew opened 2016 and is located in the heart of the village. They serve brick oven pizzas that you can eat in the restaurant or have delivered on some nights. There latest creation pizza pies are Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese pizza and a seasoned pork and chili pizza.
You can create your own pizza for a personal pizza or 16 inch pie. They also have calzones, brick oven wings and salads. The wing sauces are bar-b-que, srisacha, dry cajun, butter garlick, hot, medium and mild. Their specialty pizza pies include meat lovers, buffalo chicken, garlic white, vegetable, margherita, pesto tomato and three cheese.
The have local New York craft beer including Ellicottville Brewing company, Southern Tier and 4 mile brewery. They have a wine list and serve fountain Pepsi products.

The Silver Fox Restaurant and Steak House
Situated in the heart of Ellicottville, The Silver Fox is one of Ellicottville’s best-kept secrets. Tim and Bonnie's Pizza and EVL Bowling Alley
Tim and Bonnie's Pizza has pizza, wings, subs, salads and more. There are specialty pizzas or your classic choices by toppings. The have a good selection of salads too!
EVL Lanes has arcade games, game ticket prizes, free Wi-Fi and an 8 lane bowling alley. They alleys have big screen TVs on the lanes, cosmic bowling and are available for parties.
Tim and Bonnie’s Pizza opened in the fall of 2012 in the former site of the baseball factory. They are not located in downtown; however, there are signs as you head east of downtown Ellicottville.

Villaggio opened in 2015 and is located in the heart of the village in the former Barn Restaurant. They have a wide variety of italian food on their menu. They have homemade pasta and sauce, chicken, seafood, appetizers and fabulous desserts
Villaggio has Cappellini P omodoro, Rigatoni Bolognese, Chicken Lasagnz, Filet Mignon and stuffed pepper sandwich, antipasto, salads and more. Don't forget to try some of their gelato or the Ricotta Zeppole (Ricotta doughnuts)!
The barn was built in 1895 and has great character. It has been in use as a stable, temporary jail, and blacksmith shop. It boast a relaxing atmosphere, where couples, friends, and families with children can come and enjoy a great italian meal.

Winery of Ellicottville
The Winery of Ellicottville opened in November 2010. Wine tastings are $3 for up to 5 wines or complementary with the purchase of a bottle. Offering classic vinifera and Native American wine varietals to taste and purchase. White wines include Traminette, Riesling, Vidal, Snow Fox and Rosé; while their red wines are Noiret and The Sweetest Thing. Come in and enjoy the great atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff.
In their first three years, they have won over 29 medals in nationwide competitions. All of the wine is made on site from locallay grown grapes and berries.
The winery is located in downtown Ellicottville in a charming building with the tasting room out front. You can see into the room where the wine is made. You can also join their wine club to receive special offerings or be the first to taste a new wine.

Ellicottville is home to some great locals pubs that feature local and national live musicians. Many have music on weeknights and weekends. They all serve great food and have great drink selections.
Balloons Restaurant and Nightclub
They have casual dining for lunch and dinner. There is live entertainment on Friday nights from 7-11pm and every Saturday from 5-9pm. Balloons brings in local and national musicians. They have great blues bands throughout the year. Tommy Z Band, The Stevie Project, Buscuit Miller and The Mix and BD Lenz often play there. Balloon's is available for parties. Check out the awesome Patio out back, which is new for 2016!
Balloons has a great selection of sandwichs, soups, salads, wings, burgers and more. The do make a nice thin crust pizza. Kids menu is available for children 8 and under.

The Ellicottville Depot
The Ellicottville Depot is an old train depot that was moved to this location. It has a long antique bar and electic decor. They have a good selection of bottled beer, beer on tap and drinks. There is a nice outdoor patio in the fall. Their entire menu is available to go. The Depot has ski movies, Ellicottville souvenirs and live music. You can walkover from Wildflower!
They make fabulous gourmet pizza, wings, salads and other excellent pub food. The pizza has excellent toppings, a nice sauce and the perfect crust! They do make specialty pizzas as well.
The Ellicottville Depot is located 1 mile south of downtown Ellicottville. The building is an old train station that has the spiral staircase to the station manager's office. The have a recently renovated outdoor patio and have train memorabilia inside and outside the restaurant.

Finnerty’s Tap Room is a gathering place for friends and family with warm greetings and exceptional customer service. Their Chef David Miller, attended culinary school at Le Cordon Blue in Pittsburg had developed a fantasitc menu and crafts great food.
They have an extensive selection of food, including salads, burgers, pulled pork, hand-carved beef and more. They have great entrees including their Firecraker salmon, chicken kabob, strip steak, Pad Thai to name a few. If you just want a beverage or two, they also have small plate menu enjoy. They have 20 plus beers on tap and also serve wine and soft drinks. They serve brunch on Saturday's and Sunday's.
They are located in renovated brick building in downtown Ellicottville near the Wyndham. There are extensive windows in the building and a fun atmosphere.

The Gin Mill
The Gin Mill has been an Ellicottville tradition since 1976; with a full bar, 18 domestic and imported draughts along with a wide assortment of bottled beers. The menu is casual and reasonably priced including wings, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and salads. A family favorite as children enjoy our game room and kid friendly atmosphere. The back room is available for groups and private parties. The Gin Mill has live entertainment and music weekly Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
They make great pub food. They have a large selection of appetizers with great salads, sandwhiches, wraps, burgers, pizza, steaks, soups and desserts. They serve old fashion bottled soda, including Birch Beer.

Madigans Bar and Grill is a local's favorite that has been in business for over 30 years. They have home cooked lunches. The upstairs is available for private parties. Madingans has pool tables and foosball and is a place for good times, good tunes and good friends.
They have good pub food. Madigans has burgers, sandwhiches, salads on their lunch menu and have entrees that include shepards pie, mac and cheese and more. A kids menu is available. They have a good beer and drink selection.

Unique gifts for every occasion, as well as classic items. They have been the chocolatiers to the slopes since 1946.
Watson's makes chocolate covered pretzels, cherry cordials, famous sponge candy, fudge, butter crunch, chocolate covered popcorn, taffy and more. They make their Buffalo bites, chocolate buffalos, as well as elephants and buffalo wing shaped chocolates. Their famous sponge candy is a unique try and should make your list when you stop by.
Watson's is in a historical building in downtown Ellicottville, and is a step back in time. It is an old school candy shoppe, with stained glass behind the counter and trays of chocolates and other treats.
