Ellicottville is located near Allegany State Park and Letchworth State Park. Allegany State Park is 20 minutes away near Salamanca. The park has over 65,000 acres of trails, waterways and nature. Pack a picnic, sit at the lake beach, hike, mountain bike, play mini-golf, play tennis, rent a boat or canoe in the Red House area. Explore Quaker lake, renovated beach house, beautiful beach and the hiking trails in the Quaker Run area.

Downtown Ellicottville has many historic building from the late 1800's to today. Enjoy a stroll through downtown and stop at the eclectic shops, boutiques, spas, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlor or candy shop. Adventure awates with local outfitters; including moutainbike excursions, paddleboard excursions, kayak excursion, fly fishing and more.

Lets not forget about skiing, snowboarding, snowshoing and snow tubing at one of 3 ski resorts as well as the 6 mountain golf courses within 18 miles of Ellicottville!

Wildflower 55 is avaivalbe for nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals. Holiday Valley Rental Managament (HVRM) handles the Wildflower 55 reservations and checkin. Their staff can assist you with reserving your getaway in Wildflower 55, providing rental and area information, special promotions or discounts.

Special Rates and Packages are availabe for Holiday Valley Resort activities at the Holiday Valley Rental Managment office with your Wildflower 55 rental. You can purchase the following items when you check in or any time during your stay:

WF55 Discounted Holiday Valley Resort outdoor pool passes (Open Memorial day to Labor day).
WF55 Discounted Holiday Valley Ski Lift passes.
WF55 Special Double Black Diamond Golf packages.
WF55 Discounted Sky High Aerial Adventure Park passes.
WF55 Discounted Sky Flyer Mountain Coaster passes.

Wildflower 55 is designed for monthly and seasonal rentals. The townhome has a gormet kitchen, food pantry, coat rack, closet organizer and casual seating on the front and back porches.

Seasonal Rentals are available any time of year. One month rentals are not availabe during ski season. Monthly and Seasonal rentals include WIFI, cable TV, two parking spots, trash service and water / sewer. Tennants are responsible for electric usage. There is a minimum two night stay for most winter weekends. Maximum 4 guest and the rentor must be 25 or older. Listed rental rates do not include taxes and fees. All rates are in U.S. dollars.

**Rusted Windmill Discount Codes are only valid for Wildflower unit 55, are off of the nightly rate, must be redeemed at the time of reservation and only one discount per consecutive rental. Discounts are subject to change and not valid for most special events or holiday weekends, including Winter Carnival, Presidents day week and weekend, Ellicottville Fall Festival, Taste of Ellocittville, IBO Championship, Holiday Valley Beer and Wine Festival, and December 25 through December 31.

Wildflower 55 Accomodations

Wildflower 55 is designed to soothe and relax after a day of adventure and exploration. Melt the stress away in the spa shower, sit on the patio and enjoy the mountain views or wind down with a movie on the wide screen tv or music streemed to the stereo. After you relax, stroll downtown for shopping, dinner, live music. Ahh the perfect getaway?

WF55 Studio! The studio townhome has a queen murphey bed, queen sleeper sofa, a spa shower, bath tub and sleeps up to 4 guests. Linnens and towels are provided for both beds and bathroom.

WF55 Now we're cookin! The gormet kitchen has small appliances, crock pot, 12 cup coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, utencils, flatware, dishware, glassware for meals during your stay. The dining table has seating for 4 or enjoy casual dining on the back patio.

WF55 Cha-ching! The townhome has a 32" HDTV, blu-ray player, cd player, stereo, devise charging station, book library and board / card games to enjoy!

WF55 Feel the heat! The townhome has a stone firepalce that can be used October through March to take the chill off a fall hike or warm up after a day of winter fun.

WF55 Keepin' it Cool! Feel the relaxation from the 4 jet spa shower as it emmerses you with water or endulge with bubbles in the soaker tub!

WF55 Townhome Rules: No smoking in the townhome or patios. Parking for 2 cars only. Unfortunately pets are not permitted, no outdoor grills, no firearms and no fireworks. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you! Most importantly, we hope that you can relax, play and getaway!
