The Hocking Hills Regions is a great place for the family and friends to enjoy the great outdoors and some of natures wonder. There are pleanty of outdoor activities for the family! When in Hocking hills can always stop at the Hocking Hills Welcome Center and Visitor Information to get brochures, directions and some great information on local activities. The welcome center is located at OH 664 and OH 33; just head south off of OH 33 and the Welcome Center is on the left.

Location

The Black Forest Chalet is located centerally to many of attractions at Hocking Hills State Park. Hocking Hills State Park provides a variety of recreational opportunities in an amazing natural setting. There are over 30 miles of hiking trails for all levels of hikers. The 2,356-acre park has towering cliffs, waterfalls and deep hemlock-shaded gorges to lure the hiker and naturalist. There are also many State Nature Preserves in the area, such as Rockbridge, Boch Hollow, Christmas Rocks and Rhododendron Cove to name a few.

There are welcome centers in Logan, Ohio and Laurelville, Ohio that have additional resources for activities and aventures. The Hocking Hills Region is a great place for the family and friends to enjoy the great outdoors and some of natures wonder. There are pleanty of outdoor activities throughout the year for everyone! Cabins by the Caves rental managament handles the Black Forest Chalet reservations and checkin. Their staff can assist you with reserving your getaway in the Black Forest Chalet, providing rental and area information, special promotions or discounts.

You can make reservations through to buttons below or over the telephone. Cabins by the Caves handles other properties as well, so if you prefer to make a reservation by telephone please request the Black Forest Chalet. Thank you!

Cabins by the Caves manages all rental rates and rates are subject to change, may have exclusions or required number of rental nights for seasonal periods or holidays. There is a minimum two night stay with each reservation, maximum 12 guest, rentor must be 25 or older and a $300 refundable security deposit required in addition to rental rates and taxes. Rates are in U.S. dollars.

Some holidays require a 3 night minimum stay which applies to and not limited to Martin Luther King, President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and New Years.

Discounts

Cabins by the Caves offer rental discounts and special season rental packages for the Black Forest Chalet. Discounts are managed by Cabins by the Caves, cannot be combined and are subject to change. Rusted Windmill discounts cannot be used with the Black Forest Chalet.
